Returns & Refunds

At Ruviaus, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high hygiene and safety standards, certain items (such as opened skincare products or intimate apparel) may not be eligible for return. Please contact our support team if you are unsure about a specific item.

Important: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive your item at our Sheridan, WY facility, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@ruviaus.com immediately with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any items that arrive in sub-standard condition.
